Millinery Australia Design Award, 2023
Winning the Stephen Jones OBE, Patrons Pick and receiving a Top 10 placement in Millinery Australia’s Design Award is the highlight of the year so far.
The theme was ‘Ruffled’ so I immediately set about working with my favourite material, tulle. I took inspiration from classic corner shop lollies and runway moments by designers, Tomo Koizumi and Viktor & Rolf to create confection perfection and infused and empowering message; Don’t yuck anyones yum. Don’t dim to fit in x
